A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

1. When business funds, living expenses, etc. are needed due to the failure to properly operate shopping malls while operating the shopping mall, the accused of fraud made a false statement to D’s family members and branch members, etc. through D, which was known to the general public, as if the Defendant was friendly with his/her children and made an investment in the bonds of high-profit profits, and used them as the Defendant’s personal living expenses, etc. by receiving money in the name of investment.

The defendant around January 3, 2009, at the defendant's office located in Seocho-gu Seoul E 1221, the defendant stated that "I will return 400,000 won interest to the defendant's national bank (G) account in the name of the defendant on January 30, 2009 by delivering this to the victim F, who is one's own omission, that "I will be able to participate in the bond investment case in which the domestic head may pay interest of 10,000 won per month because of a large amount of son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son."

However, even though there was no such corporate bond investment case as above, the defendant had made a false statement, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to return the money with interest at a high rate even if he received money from the victim F as an investment deposit.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim F, thereby deceiving 2 million won from the victim F.

In addition, from January 30, 2009 to November 26, 2014, the Defendant got 1.6 billion won from victims by deceiving 10 victims, such as victims F, under the name of investment in high-income bonds, Kafbook acquisition fund, and tax payment on investment profits as stated in attached Table 10 million won as stated in attached Table 209.

2. The Defendant, as seen above, acquired money from the victims for the purpose of tax payment.
