Punishment of the crime
The Defendant operated “D” in both States C.
The defendant had a copy of his identification card from the person who found himself as a guest at his place to open his mobile phone in his name or to apply for change of equipment.

1. On November 29, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document stating “E”, “F”, “E”, “E” in the line of contact,” and “E” in the column of line with the applicant/subscriber for the purpose of opening a mobile phone in D around November 29, 2016, and signed the name of “E” next E.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant set forth one copy of the application for joining the mobile phone in the name of the victim, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.
2. The Defendant held the aforementioned investigation document by delivering one copy of the forged application form as if it were the document duly formed, to the above agency employee who was aware of the forgery within the H mobile phone agency located G at the Government-si on the date and time set forth in paragraph 1.
3. The Defendant sent a forged E mobile phone entry application via H mobile phone agency to the victim corporation (hereinafter “victim”) as the date and time set forth in paragraph 2, and as if the completion at the place normally opened the mobile phone.
In such a way, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received a mobile phone device in an amount equivalent to KRW 99,900 from the injured party; and (c) received a telecommunications service from October 10, 2016 to September 10, 2017; and (d) obtained property and property benefits equivalent to the same amount by not paying the total amount of KRW 655,970, such as the cost of installing the mobile phone device, the fee for use, etc.
