1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant assaulted the police officer, such as having knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reports.
