Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2013, at around 05:47, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the President of the Pyeongtaek-si Police Station located in Pyeongtaek-dong, and received a report from the President of the Pyeongtaek-si Police Station, and (b) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the maintenance of order and the protection of jus, by assaulting the Defendant’s face on one occasion.
