A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

(2) On October 22, 2011, the term “date of the examination” and “date of issuance” indicated the printed portion of “date of the examination” as “date of December 29, 2010”, “date of the examination” and “date of issuance” as “date of issuance, 011,” and submitted a copy of the test report under the name of the President of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute, a private document pertaining to the certification of facts, in a re-printed manner, to two original industries, who are unaware of such fact.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute, which is a private document regarding the certification of facts.

2. (Co.) On October 201, 201, the Defendant forged a quality management team’s certificate under the name of the quality management team leader, without authority, for the purpose of exercising it at the B office located in Sacheon-si (hereinafter “AMA”), at the time of purchase of metal tubes, submitted to the Defendant a product size of one copy of the “product size” in the name of the quality management team leader in the “6.4*63,000”, “6.38-6.42” in the “foreign border,” and “61-0.67.67” in the “satch” printed part, and then copied the same by re-duplicating it, and then submission to the person in charge of the industry at around October 22, 2011, a private document, an AM, which is a private document pertaining to the certification, forged a quality management team’s name in the name of the quality management team leader in the name of the quality management team.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and exercised a test report in the name of the quality management team leader, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.
