A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person in charge of military supply in a stock company B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling leathers.

On October 10, 2012, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration entered into a supply contract with B to purchase 4,624 satisfactions, and B was supplied by C on October 20, 2012 with the front cover cover cover, which is the raw materials of the shooting warfare.

On October 21, 2012, the Defendant, without authority, copied one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the FITI Examination and Research Institute on September 19, 2012, which was previously possessed by the Defendant, in order to exercise in the B office located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., and forged one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the FITI test and research institute on September 19, 2012, stating “E” in “the part indicated as “E” and “location” as the corrected tape, copied one copy, and “the requester” in the paper printed in “U.S. E., U.K.,” and printed the paper printed in “U.S., Ulsan-gun, U.K.,” and then forged one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the FITI test and research institute in the name of the head of the FITI test and research institute.

On October 22, 2012, the Defendant contained a forged test report in B office, attached the national defense technology quality system, and submitted it to the person in charge of the Defense Technology and Quality Agency who is aware of the fact as if it was genuine.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of the FITI test report in the name of the president of the FITI test institute, which is a private document, and exercised it.
