A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the actual owner of the vehicle B EcooS car, kept the front registration number plate of the said vehicle in custody due to the unpaid automobile tax from the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office, and sentenced the Defendant to use it by forging it.

1. On September 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) forged one registration number plate B in a way that fluencing a white scar on the front page of the said car at the parking lot for the purpose of exercising the said car at the Gyeonggi-si Office Kacheon-si (Seoul); and (b) manufacturing a car number plate in the front page of the said car in a test blue paper on the front page.

Accordingly, the defendant forged one motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. The Defendant, from September 20, 2014 to October 23, 2014, operated Ecoos car with a forged registration number plate as described in paragraph 1. The Defendant: (a) parked the said car in the ecoos car parking lot of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (b) parked the said car in the ecoos car parking lot around October 23, 2014.

In this respect, the Defendant used forged car registration number and exercised a forged car registration number plate.
