A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who trades marijuana shall trade or sell it, as follows, shall trade or sell it by the Defendant:

A. On November 201, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2g (200,000,000,000,000,000 from E in the residence of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for approximately 7,05,00,000, in total of 22 times, as shown in attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes committed from around the above day to November 2, 2017, the Defendant revised the portion “ KRW 7,050,00,00,000” of attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes committed, which is written differently from E, from around the above day to November 2, 2017, to “7,005,00,000,” as shown in the facts charged.

B. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 150,00 from G to the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 1g of marijuana in the first street located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to G for a fluoring with approximately 1g of marijuana contained in the plastic bag, and around October 23, 2017 from the first day to October 23, 2017, including the sale of approximately 40g of marijuana to G for about 19 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes and the attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes, but as it appears in the calculation, it appears that each error was corrected to be approximately 40g.

A total amount of KRW 5,920,000 was sold.

A defendant who attempted to sell marijuana, was in possession of a cash card around October 27, 2017 by the defendant around 22:46.

On November 2, 2017, G received 300,000 won as the purchase price for marijuana from a new bank account under the name of G, and tried to see approximately 2g of marijuana to G in front of the K convenience store located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, but did not go through an attempted attempt to arrest the police officer who was out of the lock at the site but was arrested at the site.

2. On November 201, 2016, the Defendant for smoking marijuana: (a) from No. 101 to No. 1-1 of the Mapo-gu Seoul underground L, the Defendant’s residence, around the lower-water new wall.
