A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. Night-time theft;

A. On February 26, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant opened a gate which was not corrected at the victim L’s residence located in K3, and intruded into the door, and cut off with three parts of the total market price, which is the victim’s possession, from the paper box.

B. On March 2, 2018, at around 02:56, the Defendant intruded into the building through the first floor door, which was opened in the victim N’s residence in Ansan-si, and stolen the building by holding 8 cans, 44, 3, 4, 5 wals, 5 wals, 2, 10 gals, and 10 gals, in total, the market value of the victim’s ownership located in the third floor door of the entrance.
