Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to night-time intrusion theft, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch on November 23, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 30, 2017.
1. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in front of “D” in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) opened a driver’s license without correction of the victim EF Poter cargo vehicle parked therein; and (c) stolen the vehicle with approximately KRW 1,000,000, which was owned by the victim.
2. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by intrusion on a structure at night; (b) opened a gate at the G Senior Citizens’ Government at Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; and (c) intruded into the elderly unit; and (d) stolen the building with approximately KRW 2,000,000, which was owned by the victim H.
around 02:30 on September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat opened in the vehicle of JJ owned by the victim, which was parked in the first direction of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si on September 5, 2017; and (b) stolen the vehicle of KRW 2,00,000 on the part of the victim, who was in custody of the goods between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting.

1. On February 1, 2018, at night, the Defendant: (a) went into the G Center at Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si on February 1, 2018; (b) opened an open door; and intrudes into the center for senior citizens; and (c) carried out a 10 foot page owned by the Victim L, and stolen it.
2. At night, the Defendant, at around 00:10 on February 4, 2018, intruded into the victim N’s house located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and opened an OF door at the entrance opened, opened a door of the vehicle parked in the Ma, and stolen the vehicle with approximately KRW 5,000,000 on the part of the victim.
3. On February 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) came to the beneficiary Round church parking lot located in 00:30, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, 92-12, and discovered and open an unlocked garage and opened a nH card owned by the victim Q Q.
