Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny at the Busan District Court on December 9, 2003 and was sentenced for 1 year and six months, and the record of larceny was ten times.

On August 6, 2018, around 01:40, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the house through the entrance that was not corrected at the victim D’s residence located in the Busan Shipping Daegu C1st, and inflicted a theft with a 2 million won worth of the market value of the victim’s possession, and with a tent respiratory machine, cosmetics, driving license, and an USB, located in the said room.

On August 6, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the house by the entrance that was not corrected at the victim F in Busan, Daegu E-T No. 1’s residence; and (b) committed theft with one bank and one bank room in the market value equivalent to KRW 20,000,000; and (c) one bank and one bank passbook in the city where the victim owned by the Defendant; and (d) one bank passbook and one bank passbook.

On August 6, 2018, at around 02:30, the Defendant intruded into the house through a gate, which was not corrected as an idea of theft of property, in the dwelling of the victim H of the 1st floor of Busan Shipping Daegu G, Busan, and thus did not commit an attempted attempt with the wind of the victim, who feel the human body of the victim.

On August 6, 2018, at around 04:33, the Defendant intruded into the house through a gate, which was not corrected as an idea of theft, in the victim J, located in Busan Shipping Daegu I, and attempted to steal the object of theft by bom as it was, since there was no other likely object of theft.

E. From around 00:00 on July 21, 2018 to around 09:00 on the same day, the Defendant intruded into the house through a entrance that had not been corrected at the time of the residence of the victim L in the K and the first floor of Busan Suwon-gu, Busan-do, and carried one bank with cash holding 5.60,000 won, which is the victim’s possession in the house, by using the crepan in which the victim was divingd.
