Punishment of the crime

C In operating the commercial sex acts site (D and E) from the beginning of 2017 to the end of 2018, C is a person who takes overall charge of the distribution of the circulars for commercial sex acts (hereinafter “the instant commercial sex acts site”) that advertises the commercial sex acts (hereinafter “the instant commercial sex acts site”), and Defendant A is a person in charge of making a draft of the instant commercial sex acts and printing it through a printing office, with a certain amount of fees paid from C from the beginning of 2017 to the end of 2018.

In addition, Defendant B, from April 2017 to October 2018, and Defendant B, from early 2018 to early 2018 to September 2018, as seen above, took charge of distributing the instant sexual traffic leaflet created by Defendant A by dividing it into and distributing it.

Defendants, C, and F shared their roles as above and conspired to distribute the instant sexual traffic leaflet to the major prosperityers located in Seoul.

No person shall install, attach or distribute outdoor advertisements which are media materials harmful to juveniles to the public in places where the general public pass through.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, C, and F (However, F is excluded from No. 1, No. 24, and Defendant B is excluded from crime sight table 24) were distributed in the same way 24 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, in the G community located in Seoul Jung-gu around September 2, 2017, in which C distributed the instant sexual traffic logs in which C’s pictures, business trips advertising words, telephone numbers, etc. are recorded on the road, and then C distributed the instant sexual traffic logs in the same way as in the attached list of crimes from November 23, 2018.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with C and F to distribute outdoor advertisements, which are media products harmful to juveniles, openly to the public.
