Punishment of the crime

No one shall install, place, or distribute outdoor advertisements, as media products harmful to juveniles, at any business establishment other than business establishments banned from allowing access by and employing juveniles or at any place open to the general public.

Nevertheless, around 00:10 on April 18, 2015, at around 00:0:10 on the road side of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant 12.5 cm on the street stating “D, 39,000 won, and E” stating “D, 39,000,000 won,” which is a media product harmful to the size of 9 cm in length, and distributed it openly on the road where many unspecified people pass.
