A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. shall not advertise to induce or induce any other person to buy sex;

B. On December 18, 2013, at around 19:20 on December 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) posted the above name tag in a burg felb in the Guangcheon-si, Gangwon-si; and (b) posted it in the gap of the glass of the vehicle parked therein.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed 520 copies of a prestigious leaflet that solicits or induces sexual traffic over two times, and advertised it to many and unspecified persons.

2. They shall not install, attach or distribute outdoor advertisements which are media materials harmful to juveniles in violation of the Juvenile Protection Act to public places through which the general public pass;

Nevertheless, the Defendant publicly distributed 520 copies of the former part, which is a media product harmful to juveniles, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), to the places where the general public pass.
