A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 886] No person shall install, attach or distribute any media harmful to juveniles in any place other than business establishments banned from allowing access by juveniles or in any place other than business establishments banned from access by juveniles.

Nevertheless, on March 18, 2013, while the Defendant distributed 300 scam leafletss that suggest sexual traffic to the Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) around March 18, 2013, on an average of 18:10 copies per day; (b) on March 18, 2013, the Defendant distributed advertising leaflets (5 cm, 9 cm, e.g., outdoor advertisements) as media materials containing the words and telephone numbers, etc., stating “F,” along with the clothes screen pictures of young women in front of the Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant distributed them with a view to displaying them on the windows of a car parked in the front of the above place.

2. On April 5, 2013, no person shall install, attach or distribute outdoor advertisements, which are media products harmful to juveniles, to the public, at any business establishment other than business establishments banned from allowing access by and employing juveniles or at any place open to the public.

Nevertheless, at around 22:30 on April 5, 2013, the Defendant was a young woman’s clothes flat in front of Suwon-si H, Suwon-si.
