’는 메시지를 받자, 피해자에게 ‘너도 뒈지고 싶지 않으면 개소리 그만해. 뒈지기 싫으면 내가 널 좋아하는 만큼만 행동해. 진짜 F이 지금 G처럼 다리 ㅂㅅ되는거 보고 싶지 않으면 잘해'라는 내용의 문자메시지를 전송하여, 마치 피해자가 피고인의 말을 듣지 않으면 피해자의 남자친구를 다치게 하겠다는 취지로 피해자를 협박하였다.
