1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 29, 2018 to January 16, 2020, respectively, shall be the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 2018, the Defendant, who was satisfing with the Plaintiff, had the Plaintiff listen to the horses, and had the Plaintiff satisfed to threaten the Plaintiff by using sexually related video images taken between the Plaintiff at the time of teaching.

B. E. On May 24, 2019, the Defendant was indicted of each of the above intimidation and was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the crime of intimidation by the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court 2019No102). The Defendant and the Prosecutor appealed respectively, but all of the appeals were dismissed (Seoul Central District Court 2019No1619).
