A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is in a personal relationship with the victim B for a period of four years and six months.
1. On August 27, 2019, at around 14:14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim under the following behind the Yeonsu-gu Incheon apartment D, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, where the victim was living, “I would like to die, I would like to kill the victim; and (b) detained the victim for about 6 minutes and 46 minutes by threatening the victim so that I would not get out of the said car by allowing the victim to get out of the vehicle. From around 21:00 of the same day, I would have to die. I would like to live. I would like to do so, I would like to live. I would like to do so, I would like to live.”, “The plan to commit suicide by driving a traffic accident on the way he reported to his father and reported to Busan.”
2. At around 13:00 on September 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim that he/she would not get a high-priced passenger car to a C apartment D’s underground parking lot, as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) let the victim take a seat of the victim by threatening him/her to “leep the vehicle to death”; (c) around 13:30 on the same day, he/she demanded the victim to set off the vehicle to the “G hotel” located near the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Solarpo-gu from the victim to the “G hotel,” and he/she must die as he/she without any permission.” (d) “I might go to the fourth hand.” (e.g., the male and b) “I will collapse and move to the death of the passenger without any conditions, and if so, I will see it as a whole.
