Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the president of the Agricultural Cooperatives, elected under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act from November 28, 2005 to March 11, 2015, and was dispatched to the president of the Agricultural Cooperatives from March 11, 2015.

The head of an agricultural cooperative under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act shall not make contributions to an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by the elector or his/her family while in office.

Nevertheless, on December 14, 2014, the Defendant promised to contribute chemical difficulties to E, a representative of the “Dattball group” group at the head of the AFF group and to E, a member of the Association, which is scheduled to be held on December 14, 2014, in order to compensate for the material costs after the election is completed, the Defendant made the F to make the steel d.30,000 won of the material cost in return for the promise to bear the material costs.
