A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the D Partnership (re-election period from April 1, 2009 to March 20, 2015), who was elected as the head of the D Partnership on March 11, 2015.

No head of an agricultural cooperative under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act shall provide money, goods, or other economic benefits, express an intention to provide such benefits, or make contributions to an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by a cooperative member, his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility, or his/her family member while in office.

Nevertheless, on March 26, 2014, the Defendant completed a regular meeting of the board of directors on a regular basis on a date 12:00, and sent meals to the “F cafeteria” located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, with the board of directors, and the G, which was a member of the board of directors, had completed a regular meeting of the women’s general meeting and opened the meals. The above G stated that the Defendant “the head of the association, the president of the Korean women’s association, the directors of the board of directors, and the director of the association, and the head of the Gu-U.S., the director of the association.” The Defendant settled the payment of the expenses for education support-production of the above association.” The above G, members H, I, J, K, L, M, the spouse of the union members, N, the 353,00 won amount at the market price, and the payment of the expenses for education support-production guidance-production funds of the association.

Accordingly, the defendant made contributions to the members or their families.
