A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant illegally used air defense, which was operated by the Defendant before July 2, 2016, in the “C” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu, Seoul.

D When disposing of VS125 motor bicycle, he purchased a registration number plate installed in the motor bicycle, and did not register the bicycle, and applied it to the non-registered defendant's VL125 motor bicycle and used it unlawfully.

2. The Defendant, from July 2, 2016 to August 12: 15, 2016, operated the motor bicycle in a state where he arbitrarily attached a number plate removed by the Defendant from another motor device, such as paragraph 1, on the front road of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, including the front road of Jongno-gu E, Seoul, and on the front road in Seoul Metropolitan City.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, without purchasing mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), operated the said VL125 bicycle without being registered as the Defendant’s owner.
