A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 20:00 on November 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) parked in front of the D points located in Busan Shipping Daegu, for the purpose of avoiding the illegal parking and stopping control camera on the D points in front of the D points in Busan Shipping Daegu, and (b) laid the “E” part of the registration license plate after the said vehicle was parked in the cremation site.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number of the registration number plate.
