Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-scale car B.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 23:48 on October 11, 2018, the Defendant parked a registration license plate D as a white toilet for the purpose of avoiding an illegal parking/stopmera on the roads near Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number of the registration number plate.
