Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On October 12, 2015, A was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution due to a violation of the Mountainous Districts Management Act by the Jung-gu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 20, 2015.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Wastes Control Act with respect to unauthorized disposal of wastes shall dispose of wastes in any place other than those prepared to collect wastes, such as a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, Special Self-Governing Province Governor, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu

Nevertheless, at around 08:30 on January 5, 2015 and around 12:00 on the same day, the Defendant loaded industrial wastes, such as waste vinyl, waste lumber, etc., on a dump truck operated by E, a dump truck driver, and stored the industrial wastes on the floor.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, laid off commercial wastes at a place other than a place or facility prepared to collect wastes.

(b) No person who violates the Wastes Control Act with respect to unauthorized incineration of wastes shall reclaim or incinerate wastes in any place other than the waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with the above E on February 13, 2015, voluntarily retired part of timber wastes left abandoned in the above place on the ground that weather is frozen and frozen in the above place.

2. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of civil engineering and building projects.

In the same place as paragraph (1) above, the defendant, a representative director of the defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the defendant's business.
