Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a Chinese student from June 2019, has been in charge of opening of cell phones and prepaid core chips while working as a part-time employee at “C” D points, which is a communications store located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government B from June 2019.

On July 2019, the Defendant received a request from G, a landmark, to “the head of a Si/Gun/Gu need to open a Si/Gun/Gu prepaid chips to make a telephone call,” and tried to open a Si/Gun/Gu prepaid chips at his/her own discretion using a Chinese customer registration certificate, etc., which was received in the process of opening a mobile phone prior to the mobile phone, and sold them to E.
