A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 10, 2018, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected in a restaurant operated by the victim B in Ansan-si, Ansan-si (hereinafter omitted); and (b) intruded inside the said place; and (c) cut off with one electric scriptive box equivalent to KRW 1,500, the market price of the victim’s possession located in the main bank of the said place, which is the victim’s possession, at the same time, and one electric scriptive box equivalent to KRW 100,000, which is the market price of the victim’s possession, located in the main bank.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure managed by the victim and stolen the victim's property.

2. At night, on November 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a toilet window that was not corrected in the house of the victim C located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si (hereinafter omitted); and (b) intruded inside the said room; and (c) cut off KRW 100,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession, located in the bank where he was affected by his clothes inside the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.

3. On November 21, 2018, the Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night, installed a gas pipeline installed on the outer wall of the building in order to steal money and valuables by intrusioning into the victim D’s house located in Ansan-si (hereinafter omitted), and installed a corrective window between the second floor bend floor of the building and the window on the outside wall of the building in question, and intruded into the victim’s house, but the victim failed to escape from the wind with the sound “Nugu” as it was, and the intent was not achieved.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and attempted to steal the victim's property.
