A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, around 01:00 on August 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded inside a cafeteria, which was not locked at the “D” restaurant located in Da at the time of Jinjin-si; (b) took a safe of 220,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, and stolen it; (c) took advantage of the key of the vehicle on the Kacter; and (d) took advantage of the key of the vehicle on the Kacter; and (e) took advantage of one smartphone at the victim F’s Ging ju-ray market in the market value of the victim’s ownership.

2. Night building thief;

A. At around 23:00 on August 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a cafeteria that was not set up at “I” restaurant located in H at the Sinjin-si; (b) intruded inside the cafeteria; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s cash 1280,000 won owned by the victim J.

B. On August 9, 2013, around 01:04, the Defendant: (a) invaded the instant restaurant at the “L” restaurant located in K at Sinjin-si; (b) stolen the Defendant’s cash 1.40,000 won on the part of the victim M who was on the seat of the knife; and (c) stolen the knife.

C. On August 11, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up at the “O” restaurant located N in Jinjin-si; and (b) intruded inside the door, and stolen the victim P’s market price on which it was located, one gate for women, and 4.20,000 won in cash.

At around 23:00 on August 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant that was not locked at a “R” restaurant located in Q Q Q at the Sinjin-si; (b) intruded inside the restaurant; and (c) stolen the cash owned by the victim S in the credit cooperative located on the openter.

E. At around 23:00 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant that was not set up in the “U” restaurant located in T in the Sinjin-si; and (b) intruded inside, and stolen 7,000 won in cash owned by the victim V in the simple credit cooperative located in the carter.
