A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 201 to October 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) d with D, one’s wife in the Defendant’s residence located in the granted group C around 18:00 to 19:00; (b) knife D, and knife D, which was a dangerous object in the State of Washington; (c) knife B, and knife B, and knife B, which was a dangerous object in the State of Washington; and (d) knifed the victim E (16 years of age) who was the Defendant’s wife, and used the said knife.

2. Injury;

A. On July 1, 2012, at the place described in paragraph (1) around 18:00 to 19:00, the Defendant stated that the victim D (n, 43 years of age) will go outside the Republic of Korea.

Despite the fact that the victim had been married to the church with F, the victim's snow was flicked once, and the victim's bridge was flicked once, and the victim's bridge was flicked once, so that the victim's blick was in need of about 2 weeks of medical treatment, and the part below the body of the victim's arms was glicked.

B. On January 29, 2018, at around 16:00 to 17:00, the Defendant: (a) in the customer waiting room, reported that the victim D calls with the president of I Co., Ltd. working for the Defendant; and (b) made a suspicion of internal combustion; (c) taken the victim’s face and body on a drinking occasion; (d) taken four occasions of walking the victim’s bridge; and (d) took four times of walking the victim’s fingers; and (e) took the victim’s fingers and strings around the snow that require treatment for about 14 days.

On February 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the I Co., Ltd. office working for the victim D in the JJ around 19:00 on February 1, 2018, suspected of an internal relationship on the ground that the victim was seated with the chief of a vehicle driven by the president of the company; (b) on the one hand, at the victim’s face, the Defendant saw the victim’s face on about 14 days and sprinked both snow pool and snow around the snow.
