The punishment of the accused shall be determined by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of intrusion upon residence, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's wooden branch on December 20, 2012, and the Defendant completed the enforcement of the sentence in a wooden prison on August 14, 2013.

1. At around 04:40 on August 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed on the wall of the victim and opened a window on the wall to bring the victim’s house into the victim’s house, and infringed on the victim’s residence by bringing the victim’s house into the victim’s house.

2. On October 13, 2013, around 04:23, the Defendant: (a) opened windows to bring in the victim F (24 years of age)’s house located in Sinpo City E; and (b) entered the victim’s house into the victim’s house to bring in the victim’s house; and (c) made the victim’s house to enter the victim’s house. Therefore, the Defendant attempted escape.

3. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant officetel into the victim G (Inn, 23 years of age)’s residence located in G (Inn, her 23 years of age) and went into the said officetel, and opened the window and shock network in his/her hands and intrudes on the victim’s residence in a way to take the said officetel into the said officetel; and (b) opened the window and shock network in his/her hand and face.

4. On October 2013, the Defendant brought the victim’s house room 105 in front of the victim I (n, 20 years of age) residing at H at the end of Mapopo-si, and was thought to bring the victim’s house house in front of the victim’s room 105. On the other hand, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s house in front of the victim’s house entrance through the stairs entrance on the first floor of the Judio Building.

5. On November 6, 2013, at around 03:30 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance of the stairs on the first floor of the Judio Building to the front of the victim’s house door; and (b) invaded upon the victim’s residence.
