피고인은 2014. 5. 8. 18:01경 부산 강서구 C에 있는 D슈퍼에서 피고인으로부터 폭행당한 E로부터 신고 경위를 청취하고 있던 부산강서경찰서 F파출소 소속 경위인 피해자 G에게 “너거 씹새끼들 경찰이 왜 왔어, 너거가 여기 좇 빤다고 왔냐.”, “너거 경찰들 내한테 한 번 죽어볼래, 개새끼들아.”라는 등 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
