A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 22:45 on December 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported 112 on the way before the police box located in Yongsan-si B, Changwon, Masan-si; (b) Masan-dong Police Station C police box called “Neging his son, who was called to the site, was unbrupted,” and expressed a desire to read “ging singing, singinging the singinging,” but continued to go home from the police vehicle, and was urged to go home from the said D, “hing, drinking sing, singing, singinging, singinginging, and drinking sing, singinging out the right side of the police vehicle,” and did not follow the singing, singinginginginging, drinking, singinging, drinking, singinginging, drinking, drinking, etc.

As a result, the defendant assaulted the above police officer and interfered with his legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case.

Around 00:29 on January 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the F in Masan E in Changwon-si on the ground floor; (b) on the same day, at around 00:43 on the same day, the Defendant was unable to resisting that she returned to the Republic of Korea as the G District of the Msan-dong Police Station G District in Masan-si, Changwon-si; (c) at around 00:43 at around 00:43 on the same day while she was not returned to the Republic of Korea after receiving a report from 112, stating that she was in front of the F in Masan-si, Changwon-si; and (d) it was difficult for I to resisting that she returned to the Republic of Korea; and (d) there was a defect that I tried to take a place where she was using the cell phone to avoid any disturbance, and that she took the son’s son’s hand and face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on criminal investigation affairs.
