Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2013, at around 21:36, the Defendant reported that the Defendant 112 was seated in front of the D Hospital emergency room located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and was dispatched to the police officer of the Jungbu Police Station E-gu, Jungbu Police Station E-gu, which was called out, “Ye, she had been working for the assigned area of the E-district of the Jungbu Police Station E-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) was sprinked; (b) was sprinked by the spacker’s father; and (c) was sprinked by the spacker’s father; and (d) was sprinked by the police officer of the D Hospital and the patient of the assigned area.” (b) The Defendant publicly insulting the police officer for about 10 minutes in viewing the D Hospital G and the patient of the D Hospital.
