Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at night at the Seoul High Court on April 3, 2015; ten months from September 1, 2016; and three months from November 8, 2016 at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 17, 2017; and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On July 29, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny and intrusion upon residence: (a) opened and intruded into the house of the victim D, which was located in Chuncheon City C and 205 around 16:15 on July 29, 2017; and (b) attempted to steal the victim’s clothes in an amount of KRW 100,000,000, market price of the victim’s possession, which was located on the inside and under the inside air condition conditioning, and three unfluords of market price, the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was located in west; (c) but did not bring about theft of property at the wind of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and attempted to steals the victim's property, but attempted to commit it.
2. On July 31, 2017, around 09:02, the Defendant: (a) was arrested and detained as a current offender due to attempted larceny and intrusion on residence, such as paragraph (1), in the room of the detention room of the Chuncheon Police Station located in Chuncheon-ro, Chuncheon-ro, Chuncheon-ro, Chuncheon-si; (b) requested the police officers to allow him to smoke; (c) however, on the ground that police officers did not accept their demand, the Defendant damaged goods used by the public offices by removing a unit-type change cover covering the market value of KRW 10,00,000, which is a common property case in the toilet of the detention room, on both hand.
[2017 Highest 951] On July 28, 2017, the Defendant left the victim F's house located in Switzerland E and 101 around 09:01 on July 28, 201, the Defendant left the victim's house in front of the house, with one bicycle equal to KRW 200,000,000 in the market price and one flapan equivalent to KRW 10,000 in the market price.
