1. Night-time theft;

A. On March 20, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant intruded with the kitchen window on the second floor in the housing located around the Seoul Eunpyeong-gu Uniform 850 “Co- signature market” and did not have any gas pipes or to correct the gas pipes. At the same time, the Defendant stolen the two-story of the water pipe, the name of the victim in the inner cremation, the name of the victim in his/her inner cremation, the two-story of the water pipe, the color straw, the hand straw, the six-round 6 of the old cover, the first half-round 6, the first half-round 7, the first half-round 50 page closed, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 10,000,000,000,000 won.

B. On April 30, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant intruded with the second floor window of the victim F in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where gas pipes were dried up and not corrected, and then stolen the Defendant’s two-story window, which was owned by the victim in the Seocho-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, with three gold bars equivalent to KRW 4,000,000, the market price of the living room cremation, three gold bars equivalent to KRW 1,200,000,000, the market price of which was KRW 7,200,000,000.

피고인은 2017. 5. 29. 21:45 경 서울 은평구 G에 있는 피해자 H의 집에 이르러 가스 배관을 타고 시정되지 않은 그곳 2 층 창문으로 침입하여, 그곳 안방 서랍 장에 있는 피해자 소유인 현금 35만 원, 시가 400만 원 상의 뷸 가리 시계 1개 등 시가 합계 435만 원 상당의 재물을 가지고 가 절취하였다.
