A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On September 2, 199, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for the crime of larceny, night intrusion larceny, special larceny, and violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Chuncheon District Court on September 22, 199; on March 11, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a punishment of one year and six months for habitually intrusion upon residence at night at the source of flood guard and for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., larceny) at the Gangwon District Court’s Gangwon Branch branch on April 9, 2009; and (ii) was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and (iii) was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six years for more than six years due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. by Gangwon District Court on June 4, 16.).

[2] The Defendant habitually committed the following crimes within three years from the date when he/she was sentenced to larceny, etc. at least twice, and the execution of the sentence is completed.

1. On November 22, 2017, from around 22:30 to November 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the air conditioners locked, installed outside the city of Chuncheon; (b) installed outside the air conditioners operated by the victim E, using a schosome, a deadly weapon carried by the Defendant; and (c) destroyed the victim’s market price owned by the victim in the said air conditioners with 12 bottles worth KRW 36,00,000.

2. The Defendant, in committing the crime in “F cafeteria”, intrudes with the open window of “F cafeteria” operated by the victim H in Chuncheon-si around November 13, 2017, approximately KRW 92,00,00 in the market price owned by the victim H.
