A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime

[2] Defendant 1, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc., was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times as above, and was in mind of having stolen cash, etc. by using a beradra window that is not locked at night, after printing the house on the second floor of an apartment that is kept by a person at night despite the period of repeated crime.
