The defendant shall be innocent.

1. In the facts charged, the Defendant is a teacher C of a child-care center in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu (hereinafter “child-care center in this case”) class, and the victim D(n, 3 years of age) is a child of C.

On May 26, 2017, at around 15:10, the Defendant was unable to return the victim’s head pin from the victim at the time of field study, and the victim was living in E in order to make the victim correct, the Defendant suffered approximately 12 weeks of the victim’s head pination of the body fating body of the left bridge that needs to be treated.

The term “child abuse” in the direction of the definition and examination of a child school representative refers to doing harm to a child’s health or welfare or committing physical or sexual violence or cruel acts that may impede normal development of a child, and abandoning or neglecting a child by a child’s protector (Article 3 subparag. 7 of the Child Uniforms Act). A prosecutor committed “the act of inflicting harm on the child’s body or undermining physical health and development” prohibited under Article 17 subparag. 3 of the Child Uniforms Act.

Prosecution was filed.

Therefore, this paper examines whether the defendant committed an act such as damaging the body of the victim, and whether the defendant had the intention to abuse the victim.

Whether the defendant is "the fact of friendship with the victim, etc." or is admissible as evidence corresponding thereto.
