1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000 (O million).
The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are infant care teachers taking charge of the “D” childcare centers located in the Gu Government-si C.
1. The Defendant, around June 28, 2016, committed physical abuse from around April 2016 to around 20, 2016, in the victim E (the remaining and the second years of age) who was taking part in the above child-care center classroom on several occasions and walked with her tock and walked with her tock, and from around December 20, 2016, he/she took part in the toilet with two times, and took part in the toilet.
7. Until May 1, 200, up to the day of the annexed crime list (1) 1 to 5, and 7 to 10, two victims were engaged in physical abuse, or emotional abuse causing harm to the mental health and development of a child, such as the statements in (1) through 1 to 5, net time, and 7 to 10.

Around June 8, 2016, Defendant B committed physical abuse in the victim E (the remaining, 2 years of age)’s macker macker macker and macker macker macks at one time, three times, and two times, at the same place from June 8, 2016 to June 20 of the same month, at the same place, from June 8, 2016, Defendant B committed emotional abuse that may inflict bodily harm on two victims, harm to a child’s body, harm to physical health and development, or harm the mental health and development of the child.

1. The Defendants who aggravated concurrent crimes: The crimes of the first sentence of Article 37, Article 38 (1) 2, and attached Table 50 (2) of the Criminal Code are crimes in the first sentence of Article 37, Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the Criminal Code.
