A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2020 Manhap88" is a person who is not a person handling narcotics, and a person who runs a door-to-door operation business on the 10th floor of Busan Shipping Daegu B building, and D is a person who runs a mobile phone sales business under the trade name of "F" in Busan Shipping Daegu E.

1. On August 30, 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 500,000 to D in cash before the “F” building located in Busan Shipping Daegu E, which is operated by D, and purchased MDMA 5 conditions.

2. The Defendant, along with G, decided to administer a MaMA with two female employees of an entertainment drinking club under his/her name. Around 20:00 on September 1, 2019, the Defendant’s house located under the HA of Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, issued MaMA purchased as described in paragraph (1) to G and two female employees under his/her name in his/her name (one of them shall be referred to as “J”) one time each, respectively, and administered MaMA 3 on the same day.

The Defendant, who purchased, administered, and used MDMA and hub (Synthetic marijuana) with G, agreed to purchase MDMAs, etc. from D, and around October 22, 2019, around the above “F” building, around 20:00, he purchased from D 70,000 won in total, 70,000 won of synthetic marijuana (i.e., psychotropic drugs contained in MDMA 17 and small vinyl packaging (i.e., one “MH-018” and its similar chain (ii) 5F-MDB Pica (hereinafter “H-BP”), purchased from D 7,00,000 won in cash (i.e., one million won in cash) and delivered the said MDD and hub (i.e., one million won in the corporate bank account at around October 30, 2019) to GN7).

After that, at around 21:00 on the same day, the defendant administered MDMA 2, a house of the defendant, over two hours, MDMA 2, and added harb (synthetic marijuana) to two pieces of tobacco.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with G, purchased the above MMA and hub (synthesis marijuana), administered MMA, and used the hub (synthesis).
