1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchase and use of hub, and receipt and medication of MDMA;

A. On November 21, 2019, around 22:00, the Defendant purchased 60,000 won from D [the indictment of detention due to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) on January 16, 2020] a synthetic marijuana (fused in JWH-018 and its similar chain 5F-MB pica (hereinafter referred to as “hympib”; hereinafter referred to as “hynthetic marijuana”) in the form of 3 parts (3 ggs per sealing, total 9gs) in the form of 3 parts (f) in the form of 22:20 on the same day, the Defendant used 9gs of the above synthetic marijuana in the form of f of Busan-gu Etel in which the Defendant resided in Busan-gu, where he/she added bal(s) in tobacco and inhales it by attaching it by inserting it.

B. On November 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 500,000 to D before the above C building; and (b) subsequently purchased Hub’s three grams (total 9ggs) from D to pay the price of KRW 1.60,000; (c) purchased Hub’s three grams (total 9gs) from D; and (d) used 9gs in the manner described in paragraph (a) in the Defendant’s officetelF.

C. At around 21:50 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant promised to pay KRW 220,000 to D in front of the above C building, purchased herb(s) 1 paper (3g) by drying herb(s). After purchasing the Defendant’s officetel F, the Defendant used 3g of the above sub-paragraph (a) in the same manner as that of the Defendant’s officetel F.

On November 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase hub (synthetic marijuana) from D on November 28, 2019; (b) decided to purchase Hubb (synthetic marijuana); (c) took out Hub(synthetic marijuana) 3 (8g) sealed in the mail of the above “C” building G; and (d) remitted 660,000 won from D’s bank account from H to D’s company bank account; and (e) purchased Hub (synthetic marijuana) and used 9gs (synthetic marijuana) in the manner described in paragraph (a) of the Defendant’s officetelF.

E. The Defendant around November 29, 2019 around 18:45.
