A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he shall not handle narcotics.
1. Sale and purchase of marijuana, hub (synthesis), MMA, Kenya;
A. (1) On January 2020, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 in cash to B in front of the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and received 1g of marijuana contained in vinyl. B. 1) The Defendant decided to purchase narcotics, etc. from E through F, and around 19:52 on March 20, 2020, the Defendant transferred KRW 280,000 to the H club located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, to the first account designated by F, and received from E through F on March 21, 2020. Accordingly, the Defendant purchased MMA. 2) The Defendant decided to purchase narcotics, etc. from E through F, and around 18:48 on March 22, 2020, transferred KRW 170,000 to the above I’s account from the MMA apartment located in Busan, Seodong-gu, Busan, Busan, to the above I’s name, and received a mixture of MMA 15,000 MMA and MMA 15,50,000 after mixing F with MMA 15,55,000.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased MMA.
3) On April 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on April 15, 2020, parked in the E LK5 car in front of the KS in Busan JJ; (b) KRW 30.80,000 in cash to F and E (a political party of KRW 110,00 and MMA 28.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased MMA.
C. The Defendant purchased the apartment from M on March 17, 2020 from M, and around 20:46, Busan Jin-gu, Busan.
