On October 22, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around October 22, 2020; (b) around 20:30 on October 22, 2020, in the C entertainment tavern located in Busan Shipping Daegu B; (c) on October 22, 202, E included 7 X-si and 7g synthetic marijuana from E; and (d) remitted KRW 1 million to E’s new bank account at around 21:05 on the same day.
