1. On January 20, 2019, around 16:48 on January 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant, holding one Cheongbox (24 disease) worth KRW 47,680, at the market price owned by the victim C, who was delivered, around the main point of “D” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

Around January 24, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, at the same place as before and after January 24, 2019, and at the same time as before and after January 24, 2019, 4,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, which was delivered, was cut off by putting the Defendant into a locked machine.

On March 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 06:40 on March 5, 2019, the Defendant stolen the Victim F’s “G” restaurant operated on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul building, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) around the restaurant, the total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 12,000,000 in the so-called so-called “G” restauranted by the victim.

At around 15:10 on July 15, 2019, the Defendant cut off the victim’s crepit in front of the J convenience store operated by the victim I located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then cut off the victim’s crepit outside of the above convenience store installed outside of the above convenience store with the amount of 8,600 won at the market price.
