A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property at least six times as follows.
1. On November 23, 2018, around 11:00 on November 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen a bag containing two gallon A-blar PCs in which the market price of the victim’s ownership could not be known, which was caused by a gallonized vehicle installed in the front door of “C Child Care Center” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by using a cresh in which the victim D puts his child to the child care center; and (b) stolen it.
2. On January 8, 2019, around 8:30 on January 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen, around 8:30, the victim F in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, delivered to the victim in front of the “G cafeteria” operated by the victim F in the first floor; and (b) stolen, with three bags containing three demand lots equivalent to the total market price of KRW 3,500 in front of the victim’s ownership.
3. On January 13, 2019, at around 18:30 on January 13, 2019, the Defendant stolen an envelope containing food, such as a smoke and kis, which amounting to a total sum of 96,000 won, owned by the victim on the backboard of the H hotel in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by using a cresh in order for the victim I to deliver it to the victim.
4. On January 17, 2019, around 07:18, 2019, the Defendant stolen a thief, who was delivered to the victim K in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, from around the “L stude store” operated by the victim K, the Defendant stolen the stief with a bee-confe holding four km equivalent to 52,00 won at the market price of the victim’s possession.
5. On January 28, 2019, around 19:43, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a delivery box of the Ortooba in front of “Ncafeteria” located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by making use of the gap in the location of the victim’sO; and (b) stolen the envelope containing food, such as physical air conditionings, charcoals, and charcoal, which amount to a total of 25,000 won in the market price owned by the victim.
