[Criminal Power] On April 10, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on July 5, 2019.

"2019 Highest 2578"

1. On July 20, 2019, the Defendant, at around 07:17:17, at the “C convenience store” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, used a gap outside the convenience store where the surveillance of the victim D was neglected, cut off 1 cans of the air conditioner equivalent to KRW 3,000 in the air conditioner outside the convenience store and stolen it as his hand.

2. On July 23, 2019, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim E from the air conditioning room outside of convenience stores by cutting off the 3,300 won of the market price from the air conditioning room outside convenience stores and 1 cans of beer; and (b) by cutting them into hand.

3. On July 24, 2019, at around 10:31, 2019, the Defendant used a gap in which the surveillance of the victim H was neglected in the “G convenience store” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, thereby putting the victim H into the back part of the air conditioners at the air conditioners located in the convenience store and cutting down one disease of an amount equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,700 in the back part of the air conditioners.

4. On July 24, 2019, at around 11:24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting K in the back part of the back part of the back part of the 2 disease (total market price of KRW 2,260) the market price of the victim’s name unclaimed box owned by the victim’s name and unclaimed winner, which was displayed in J-to-beer on the second floor of alcoholic beverages at the “J Burial” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.

The victim K as stated in the indictment is merely a security worker, and the victim is corrected as above.

1. On July 10, 2019, from around 04:24 to around 04:26 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) took a theft in the order of KRW 4,500 of the market price, which is the victim’s possession at the display stand in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and KRW 3,300 of the market price, and KRW 3,300 of the market price.
