Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 16, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 28, 2019.

A. On January 4, 2020, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off 10 Shojus, a total of 30,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession in the packaging-type Ambbs, Jung-gu, Daegu; (b) cut off 5 Shos, a total of 15,000 won of the market price owned by the victim at the same place in the same manner at around January 5, 2020; and (c) cut off 5 Shos, a total of 15,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.
