Punishment of the crime

1. On June 17, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant, using a computer, connected the Defendant’s residence of the Defendant, which was located in the city of Busan, Seo-gu E and 2.508, to F Kaf, “H” (G) and then expressed that the Defendant posted a photograph of having meals with the Defendant, i.e., the Defendant, as the victim, and expressed that there was a connection of connection between K and the victim, with the Defendant and the victim.

However, the photographs posted by the defendant as above are photographs with meals such as N, an economic assistant at the time when the injured party was in office of the president, and there was no fact that the injured party provided meals like K.

As such, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim who was the deceased by openly pointing out false facts.

2. On June 18, 2014, the Defendant posted the title “K scholarship students” by linking the Internet site address (htttp://www.bebe.com / 3712435901) where a photograph with the victim (M. death) was posted, by linking the Internet site address (http//www.com/3712435901) where the victim was posted, with a link to the Internet site address (http//www.com/3712435901) where the victim was located, at around 16:38, 2014.

However, the photographs posted by the defendant as above are photographs with meals such as N, an economic assistant at the time when the injured party was in office of the president, and there was no fact that the injured party provided meals like K.

As such, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim who was the deceased by openly pointing out false facts.
