Punishment of the crime

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 100,000,000 won from the national bank account (I) in the name of the above State under the name of the National Bank (I) in the name of the above State under the pretext of receiving orders for delivery contracts at the end-of-end index of September 24, 2008, and from September 24, 2008 to October 9, 2012.
