1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and ten months;

2. Defendant B is punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,000.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Changwon District Court on May 22, 1998; imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months; imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Seoul Northern District Court on October 31, 2008; and imprisonment with prison labor for eight months at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 22, 2013.

On June 18, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to two years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 18, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A

A. From around 10:20 on August 31, 2016 to around 11:30 on the same day, the Defendant stolen 15 cell phoness, as shown in the attached Table 1, from August 26, 2016 to August 31, 2016, with one cell phone owned by the victim who was in the victim's side of another victim, and the victim G, who was a private letter or user, was stolen with one cell phone in so far as the market price of the victim was in the victim's side of another victim.

2. Accordingly, from September 7, 2016 to around 20:00, the Defendant is on the street near the Jho-gu, Ansan-si.
