Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a staff member of the Lee Jae-gu Center, B is a non-permanent position, and is a space between society's post and society.

1. The Defendant, along with B, purchased stolens, and the Defendant came to be willing to share the acquisition of stolens by means of accompanying the Defendant on a motor vehicle. A.

At around 18:00 to 19:00 on January 31, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with B, purchased a cell phone called “bera” cell phone from a nameless person, even though he was aware that it is a stolen, and acquired stolen goods.

B. On January 31, 2013, in collusion with B, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing one cell phone from a person who carries a personal stolen cell phone with the knowledge of the fact that it is stolen, in collusion with B, at a place where it is impossible to identify the place on January 31, 2013.

C. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant conspired with B, at a place where the location cannot be known, purchased four stolen mobile phones, such as gallonians, gallonians, and gallonies, from a person who sells a stolen mobile phone, with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen object, and acquired stolen goods.

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant conspired with B, in collusion, purchased three cellphones, a stolen, from a person who sells a cellphone with no name, with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen, and acquired stolen goods.

2. On February 5, 2013, around 20:00, the Defendant also committed a prior promise to use the name “D” as a signal informing the co-offender in the event of arrest of the investigation agency between C and C, an accomplice, prior to the arrest of the criminal investigation agency, at the time of the arrest of the criminal investigation agency, the Defendant called the “D” on the cell phone of the above C, which committed the crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment by the act of acquiring stolen property, and thereby, the Defendant got the criminal escape by referring to the “D”.

3. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on February 5, 2013.
